Ordering
You may make payment as follows:
Via PayPal.Logon to www.PayPal.com and follow their instructions
to send payment to billfitzmaurice@myfairpoint.net
PayPal accepts credit cards, or you may use your PayPal account. Be sure to indicate
which plans you are ordering in the Comments section of the PayPal remittance form.
Plans will be sent to you via email within
24 hours. If you don't get your plans promptly check your spam folder, many email
providers divert emails with photos and large attachments.
If your payment is listed by PayPal as 'unclaimed' you spelled the delivery address wrong;
we are a registered business account and payments are claimed by us automatically.

You must email billfitzmaurice@myfairpoint.net your name, address, amount being sent,
Money Transfer Control Number, and plans being ordered. Plans will be sent
to you via email within 3 days.
US residents may send Postal money orders or personal checks to:
William Fitzmaurice, 106 Baldwin St, Laconia NH 03246.
Include your email address and which plans are being ordered.
Plans will be sent via email within 10 days.
Your plans will be delivered to you in MS Word format as an email attachment.
If you would prefer PDF please so indicate.
If you're ordering plans where more than one version is available be sure
to indicate which version you want. For instance, if you want a Jack 10 order
'Jack 10', not 'Jack'. If you want a THTLP order a THTLP, not a THT.
We recommend that you do not use a Hotmail.com address
for plans delivery. Hotmail.com has a very poor track record delivering emails with attachments.

Want more? If you like what you see and want to order more plans
you can take the volume discount for 30 days from the date of the
original purchase. You must provide us with the original purchase date
when you place the follow up order.

The complete collection on CD, $99.95. That's less than three dollars per plan.
CD will be mailed to US, Canada and Mexico residents. Overseas orders will be filled via email
or FTP transfer. For FTP you must supply us with the FTP address, username,
password and destination file for your upload.
